be status (and bare be) report the worktree against its baseline as one status: ROWS hunk. Tickets here extend that view — the !/--force extended mode and path/submodule scoping — all on the shared ROWS state banner (BE-005). Each entry is one active ticket; it drops off once the whole ticket lands. The fix-and-land method is Issues.
be status:<sub>/ ignores only the sub's own .gitignore, so
the parent repo's patterns miss submodule paths (flood of unk build-debug/...). Fix: hierarchical .gitignore (cwd→$HOME, compounding, crossing sub boundaries) in dog/git/IGNO. POST-020 refuted; prior build/Corpus stop-gap rejected. Reproduced; rerun in progress.
