DIS tickets: cross-cutting spec/impl discrepancies

DIS collects spec↔implementation discrepancies that cut across verbs; a gap found mid-fix gets its own DIS ticket, linked both ways. Each entry below is one open ticket with its live state; a landed one (verify with be log | grep DIS-NNN) drops off. The 21 below remain open. The fix-and-land method is Issues.

DIS-001 — sha-bearing wtlog row-0 anchor; correctness landed, only the optional clone-path cleanup remains.
DIS-002 — be patch over a transport drops freshly-fetched commits; routing landed, still loses the added file.
DIS-003 — WEAVEMerge token identity is positional, not total; one sub-bug fixed, a clean diff-key fix stays constrained.
DIS-004 — delete's dirty gate is mtime-only, with no --force content double-check bypass.
DIS-005 — sha1/projector single-scheme URI grammar: document the two-step be head then be sha1:// remote read.
DIS-006 — be get file: from a legacy elided store: migrate-in-place vs materialize-on-clone undecided.
DIS-007 — magic refs ?null / ?back are unimplemented.
DIS-008 — GET #~N commit-ancestor rewind operator is unimplemented.
DIS-011 — be put ssh://host/path without ?ref force-pushes instead of logging.
DIS-019 — direct be post ssh://…/<sub> forges a funny refs/heads/.beagle/ ref.
DIS-021 — wpush debug spew is on by default; a pack is built on error; the have-set is unused.
DIS-022 — be log is empty in a detached or submodule worktree.
DIS-023 — be status is non-idempotent: a re-run hides real modifications.
DIS-024 — flat→sharded store-layout migration; retire the top-level .be/refs.
DIS-025 — be patch squash bases on the target's PARENT (silent data loss); Stage 1 landed, resolver redesign open.
DIS-029 — MARK renders bare-indent divs as raw <p> text and merges across the depth boundary.
DIS-031 — POST provenance from a trailing ! (refer/forget); post! = --force; ban messages ending in !.
DIS-032 — bring the PATCH/POST/URI/Verbs specs in line with the bang model.
DIS-039 — bare be get is a status no-op per GET.mkd but the Issues loop assumes it FFs; the specs contradict.
DIS-040 — POSTCFLCT can't be de-falsed at the byte level; needs a provenance check, couples to POST-016.
DIS-042 — cur's divergent commit: be patch <peer> + be post replays onto peer, drops cur's bytes (Invariant 2).
DIS-044 — WEAVEMerge's RGA tie-break sorts concurrent siblings by raw commit-id DESC, not causally — real (non-monotonic) hashlets strand replace-edits / splice clean instead of conflicting (silent merge data-loss). Fixed: tie-break on the causal commit index + topo-deterministic commits[]; fuzzer off its monotonic-id oracle. Landed 5041ed18.
DIS-045 — CLOSING: premise false. Engine already correct (DIS-043 idh JOIN + DIS-044 causal order removed both DIS-003 layers); no repro in 4.7M fuzz. Committed 711618fe (pure teeth: WEAVE03 step-2 oracle + blank criss-cross cases + W2_BLANK fuzz; 322/322). be-patch-15 5/5 fail re-tasked to DOG-005 — graf cut-over glue, not the engine.

DIS-043 (dog/WEAVE concurrent-insert order path-dependent — criss-cross duplication; fixed with an RGA stable-order key: a per-token 'A' anchor column + identity merge-JOIN in commit-id RGA order) landed 8eece3f3; dog/test/WEAVE01 + the DWEAVE fuzz corpus.
