BLAME tickets: blame performance + output

be blame perf on inflate-bound history walks, plus output correctness/UX. Each entry below is one open ticket with its live state; a landed ticket (verify with be log | grep BLAME-NNN) drops off. BLAME-002 (index-served tree descent) landed 1a5acce8; the rest below remain. The fix-and-land method is Issues.

Active tickets

BLAME-001 — blame re-inflates unchanged blobs across all ancestors; compare OIDs top-down, inflate only on change.
BLAME-003 — parallelize blame's residual blob inflates across cores; needs a ruling (ROI fell after BLAME-002).
BLAME-005 — blame PRODUCES per-commit-run hunks ({ts,verb,uri=commit:?<sha>} + source + syntax toks) instead of a per-line gutter; the shared bro renderer (separate, needs improvement) then highlights/wraps. Removes the gutter-on-code-line breakage; subsumes BLAME-004's stopgap.

BLAME-006a (blame skipped a DELETED file instead of folding an empty layer → readd inherited the ROOT seq) landed fa09701f. BLAME-006b (commit:?<root> token-diffed the whole initial tree — root cause a 9.5 MB binary; skip token-diff of binary blobs + one-sided short-circuit) landed 8d66369c. Both split from the BLAME-006 umbrella scan.
